An evening to celebrate Autumn. A walking meditation to start off and then in the hall, a slow, deep yin practice to release stress and tension. The Autumn guided meditation continues that process and we end with yummy homemade cake, hot drink and chat (18 years+)

Our final workshop of the year! We gather in twinkly lights to move through a slow yoga flow, embracing the energy of winter darkness in meditation which soothes us straight into a mini sound bath. Ending with some Xmas themed homemade cakes, its a lovely way to end our year together. (18 years+)
