Service Description
Yoga combines physical poses, controlled breathing, and meditation to help improve flexibility and strength and create a balance between body and mind. Regular practice can offer many health and wellness benefits, including increased flexibility, stronger muscles, better stress management, and improved mental clarity. These LVC Yoga classes will guide you to move, breathe and flow through a range of poses led by a multi-style yoga qualified and insured teacher. With modifications offered throughout, these classes which include various types of meditation are suitable for beginner to intermediate level students aged 18 years plus. Each class will have a different theme to ensure we can fully explore the many aspects of Yoga. Please note : You must be able to get down to and up from the floor unaided to participate in these classes. Please note : I have a variety of yoga mats and blocks to borrow as well as a freshly laundered medium sized blanket for meditation. If however you'd like to bring your own, please feel free.

Cancellation Policy
Courses/Class Blocks (happening over a number of consecutive weeks and paid in full at the beginning) - Cancellation must be 7 days or more before the course/block start date for a full refund. No partial refund will be provided for any of the classes within a course or block that cannot be attended. Class Passes - Passes expire after 3 months. Any unused classes cannot be refunded. An individual class pass credit can be offered if a class cancellation is at least 4 hours before the class start time. No refund can be offered on a class pass purchased and partially used however I may be able to deduct from the cost of another pass purchase. Please contact me in this instance. Workshops/Retreat Days - Cancellation must be 7 days before the event date to receive a refund Pay As You Go Classes : Cancellation must be within 4 hours of the start time to receive a full refund.
